Cold feet thawing; luxury homebuilders bullish on Main Line market

“There aren’t too many businesses in America that go from $60 million a year to $10 million a year and survive,” says a chipper Tom Bentley, on his cell phone en route to yet another appointment. His company, Bentley Homes, is one of them.
